REWARDING BUT NOT CHEAP
As many of you know from first hand experience, HOBY makes a difference in the lives of Northern California's Youth, but you may not know that this is only made possible by the contributions of generous, concerned people like you. While motivating tomorrow's youth today is extremely rewarding, it is not cheap! It typically costs $25,000 to $30,000 to put on the annual leadership seminar!
NO OPERATING COSTS, NO PAID STAFF
Many of our contributors have shared with us that they feel more comfortable donating to HOBY NorCal because they know that 100% of their hard earned money goes directly to sponsoring students at our local seminar. All of HOBY NorCal's staff are volunteers, even the corporate board volunteers their time to ensure that our local community continues to improve through the leadership education that HOBY NorCal provides.
