HOBY NorCal

We want you to join the Associate Facilitator team!  Please fill out this application and return to Lizzy Schuh  lschuh@hobynorcal.org.  Applications are due January 1, 2010. 

 Those eligible to apply must:

1. Be at least 21 years old and have graduated from high school.
2. Will attend the HOBY NORCAL Leadership Seminar from June 17 4pm until June 20 4pm.
3. Understand that HOBY Training Day is MANDATORY and will be either Sunday May 2, 2010 or Saturday May 8, 2010.
4. Understand that the role of the associate facilitator is to improve my skills in preparation for greater leadership roles while serving the ambassadors of HOBY NORCAL.
5. Agree to the fundraising parameters set forth by HOBY NORCAL (see last two pages of the application).
